one of our apartments, elegant and exclusive located on the 1st floor in a modernist building. the apartment has high ceilings, catalan tiles on the floor. the windows of the gallery are made with gaudinian style glasses worked in the well known oucentisme catalan style. it is quite big with more than 140 sqm, 3 double rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. it also has balconies and a delicious terrace where the dining room has been settled. it has two complete bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. the apartment is in the most elegant area of barcelona, the eixample, where you will find an impressive variety of the best restaurants of the city, theaters, cafeterias and wonderful boulevards to just take a walk through and go shopping at the most exclusive shops. it is few steps away from pl. catalunya, passeig de gracia, old city, and borne area.
